Japan 2008GET Educational Tours Japan Homestay program is suitable for both groups and individuals.

Homestay provides participants with a special insight into Japanese society through the experience of daily Japanese life, customs and values.

Student homestay offer an intensive cross-cultural experience. Individual homestays are designed for independent travellers.

All participants are received as a member of the family and not as a guest, and will be involved in the daily activities of the host family assuming all responsibilities and privileges.

Typical individual homestays are up to 4 weeks and group homestays from 4 to 7 days. Note, participants may not work or attend school during the homestay period, except for our language courses or organized school visits.

Japanese language lessons are also available during homestays.

Minimum age for students is 14 years (18 years for individual travellers).
